About me My Profile
Bio
My subject matter is mainly abstract art, or semi-abstract, but sometimes I do figurative art as well.
Whether abstract or not, I love parts of nature such as leefs, trees, flowers and also the symbolic meaning of these.
I also love symbolic meaning in my paintings, a rather “difficult” subject as well as mainly a non-contemporary subject.
I often include parts of different Asian symbols, such as mandala-parts or similar, and also ancient other parts of various symbols such as “Tree of life”-variations,
that can be labelled in the mindfulness-sphere with a deeper soulful meaning.

I re-started after a very long absence with artworks in my middle age, and in a period of health set-backs, using first watercolous in a different and experimental way and developed it to my way.
A key signature aspect has then also been various golds and metallic shades.
I am now mainly using acrylics, and sometimes include some mixed media in materials.
I have recently also done more of symbolic semi-abstract pictures with garden-/and part-house- or interiordetails.
