Bio
am a British artist and art therapist living in rural France, where the quiet rhythms of nature and the passage of time deeply influence my work. With a First-Class BA (Hons) in Art and Psychology and an MA in Art Therapy, I bring both academic depth and intuitive exploration to my creative practice.
I have exhibited in both England and France, including joint exhibitions in my beautiful French home, where I also host themed workshops that weave together artistic technique, storytelling, and personal reflection. Passionate about sharing the transformative power of art, I guide others in unlocking their creativity through mixed media processes, intuitive mark-making, and symbolic exploration.
Mindfulness and meditation play an integral role in my image-making process, shaping the way I approach both my materials and my themes. My work is a conversation between intention and accident, structure and fluidity—an invitation for both artist and viewer to engage with the unseen and the in-between.
